Manda Hess, LCSW

Manda is a graduate from the University of Southern Indiana (USI) with an MSW and holds the LCSW credential. With over 12 years of experience, she specializes in treating symptoms related to anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also addresses issues related to trauma, substance abuse, and ongoing stressors.


In her practice, she provides couples therapy and primarily works with adults. Her goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to address their mental health needs. She meets clients where they are, helping them build a foundation of trust and safety, and supporting them throughout their journey towards their wellness goals.


To guide her clients in coping with past and present stressors, she utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, medication-assisted treatment, dialectical behavior therapy, the strengths perspective, and other evidence-based techniques. Her ultimate goal is to help clients find peace in their lives and cultivate hope for the future. She is there to support them on their healing journey.
