This Referral Reward is only applicable to the services listed above. It is not redeemable for cash.

A booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be refunded on the day of your visit. However, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of both the booking fee and the reward.
